I wrote this after reading a news story a few days ago about Israeli forces bombing a school that was being occupied by men, women and children seeking refuge from Israeli bombings, 40 of whom were murdered and dozens injured. So this goes out to the men, women and children of Gaza, whose brutal and indiscriminate murders are being supported by our elected leaders.

We've come for your lives
We'll leave with your land
Your blood is our prize
Got it on our hands
So do the wartime shuffle
And drink to the health of none
Another global scuffle
Because the battle must be won
We come with gifts of fire
Now repent for all your sins
You're reaching out for peace
Only grasp a lynchpin
Schools and churches
Women and children
Mangled corpses lie
Bombs and bullets
Fire and mortar
Doubtless you shall die
Drop your fucking bombs!
